The Wholesale Deal (B2B Terms)
By hitting "Buy," you're confirming you are a business/reseller. All sales are final. Because we sell at bulk wholesale prices, we don’t offer "change of mind" returns or refunds based on personal style.
⚖️ THE MIX & WEIGHT (IMPORTANT)

• A/B Ratio: Our bales are a random mix of Grade A and Grade B. We do not guarantee a specific percentage of each grade within a bale.

• Packed by Weight: Bales are pre-packed in bulk until they hit the correct weight. This is a weight-based service, not a quantity-based one, so the number of items will vary.

The "As-Is" Promise
We don’t wash, we don’t iron, and we don’t faff. Stock is sent exactly as it’s processed from our warehouse. Grading is subjective, but here is exactly how WE define our stock:
🌟 GRADE A: THE "SHELF-READY" SELECTION
This is our top-tier stock, perfect for resellers who want to list and flip fast.

• Condition: Near-new or New With Tags (NWT).

• Expect: Excellent pre-loved condition. No holes, no permanent stains, and no broken zips.

🛠️ GRADE B: THE "HUSTLER’S CHOICE" (MINOR FLAWS)
Perfect for resellers looking for maximum margins who don’t mind a bit of "TLC."

• Condition: Visible signs of wear.

• Expect: Minor flaws like small washable marks, missing buttons, or tiny pinholes.

• Maintenance: Some items may need a lint roll, a quick de-bobble, or a steam to look their best.

⚖️ THE "HUMAN FACTOR" (5-10% MARGIN)
We hand-sort thousands of items a week. Humans aren't perfect, so we allow for a 5-10% grading error margin in all bulk bales. This "oops" factor is already built into our low wholesale pricing to keep your business profitable.
🏷️ BRAND CLARITY

• Mixed High-Street: Upper high-street brands (M&S, Next, River Island, etc.). Guaranteed NO Primark or Shein.

• Fully Branded: May include Nike, Adidas, Carhartt, Barbour, etc. Brands are stock-dependent and the mix isn't guaranteed.

• Note: Just because you haven't heard of a brand doesn't mean it isn't one! We know our labels, even the niche ones.

🚫 THE "NO DISPOSAL" RULE (IMPORTANT!)
Received a major discrepancy? Follow these steps, or we can't help you:

1. DO NOT BIN IT: We cannot process any claims for stock that has been binned, laundered, or sold. No physical evidence = No resolution.

2. REPORT WITHIN 48 HOURS: Any issues must be reported via our Online Issue Form within 48 hours of delivery.

3. SEND THE PROOF: We require clear photos of the items AND a photo of the bale's original weight on a scale.
