BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

SIZING:

We are unable to tailor boxes by size. We're a very small team and simply do not have the manpower to sort by size. The sizes of items that you'll receive are completely random and could be anything from a ladies' size 4 to a men's 3XL. Sizing is completely dependent on the stock that we have available at the time.

DELIVERY:

We use InPost for both deliveries and returns of bales. We use InPost as it's the most convenient and cost-effective method due to the size of parcels. We're unable to accept requests to use alternative couriers. The only time a different courier will be used is if InPost doesn't deliver to your area (for example, Northern Ireland)

DELIVERY TIMES:

We operate on a 2 working day dispatch time, and this doesn't include weekends or bank holidays. For example, if you order on a Friday, your order will likely go out on Monday. Once your order has left us and is with the courier, they will then aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

CONDITION:

We do quality check items prior to them being packed. However, we're a small team, and things can occasionally be missed. We're human. It happens, unfortunately. It's not the end of the world, but we're always more than happy to help rectify an issue when we're notified of it.

Condition of items is what we believe to be perfectly saleable items that are too good to go to recycling. However, please note that you're getting 10 pieces of branded second-hand clothing at an incredible value.

Some items may have minor bobbling, marks, stains, imperfections etc, some items may just need a good wash (which we'd recommend regardless with second hand clothing prior to resale or wearing)
