What’s Included

- Approximately 10 kg of quality-checked clothing (weight may be slightly over or under)

Condition and Brands

- Mostly pre-owned items in resalable condition

- Some pieces may be new with tags

- Primarily high-street labels such as H&M, Next, Papaya, Boohoo, etc., with the occasional branded/premium item

Quality and Care

- Every item is inspected before packing. We’re a small, busy team and, on rare occasions, something may be missed. If you spot an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

- We recommend washing all garments before wearing or reselling.

Important Notes

- Boxes are filled by weight (approximately 10 kg), not by item count.

Dispatch and Delivery

- Dispatch within 2 working days (we’ll always try to ship sooner where possible).

- We use InPost for both deliveries and returns as it’s the most convenient and cost-effective option for parcel size and weight.

- We’re unable to accommodate alternative couriers unless InPost does not serve your area (e.g., parts of Northern Ireland).

- Once dispatched, couriers typically aim to deliver within 3–5 working days.

- Please note: dispatch times exclude weekends and bank holidays. For example, orders placed on Friday will usually be dispatched on Monday.

Sizing

- Bales are pre-packed and cannot be tailored by size.

- Sizes are completely random and depend on available stock at the time of packing.

Returns

- We accept returns in line with our policy and are happy to help with genuine issues.

- Please select the most accurate reason for return so we can process it quickly and fairly.

Condition Expectations

- We aim to provide perfectly saleable items that are far too good to recycle, at great value: £50 for 10 kg (£5 per kg) of second-hand clothing.

- As with all preloved clothing, some items may show minor signs of wear such as light bobbling, small marks, or other imperfections. Some pieces may simply need a fresh wash (which we recommend for all second-hand items before wearing or reselling).

- If you require only pristine, Grade A condition throughout, this bundle may not be the right fit.
