• Seasonal Variety: The mix focuses on core Autumn/Winter items, which may include knitwear, jumpers, cardigans, coats, jackets, fleeces, hoodies, sweatshirts, trousers, jeans, dresses, skirts, and similar seasonal pieces.

• Adult Mix: The bale contains a mix of both men’s and women’s adult clothing. We cannot guarantee an exact split between genders.

• Random Sizing: A diverse range of random sizes is included, as stock availability is constantly changing. Please note: Due to the logistics of our small team, we are unable to tailor bales by specific size.

• Condition: The majority of items are pre-owned and in resalable condition. We check every piece before packing, but as a small, busy team, minor issues may occasionally be missed. Expect light signs of wear on some items, such as minor bobbling, small marks, or a general need for a fresh wash.

• The Best Value: This is a wholesale value mix. At a price of £50 for 10KG (£5 per kg), this bale is priced for maximum profit potential. To manage expectations, please understand that we cannot guarantee 10kg of perfect, Grade A items—a small number of pieces may have minor imperfections.

• Brands: The focus of this mix is on popular high-street labels like H&M, Next, Papaya, Boohoo, and similar unbranded lines, providing excellent volume for resale. There is a possibility of a small number of branded pieces being included, depending on current stock.

• New Items: Your bale may occasionally contain items that are new with tags (NWT).

We strongly recommend washing all clothing before wearing or resale.

Shipping, Returns & Customer Care

Dispatch & Delivery

• Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and often send them sooner. (Please remember that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.)

• Courier: We primarily use In-Post for the efficient delivery and return of our parcels. We are generally unable to accommodate requests for alternative couriers unless In-Post does not deliver to your specific area (e.g., Northern Ireland).

• Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, In-Post typically aims to deliver your order within 3–5 working days.
