Condition and Brands

- Mostly pre-owned items in resalable condition

- Some pieces may be new with tags

- A mix of popular brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, The North Face, Patagonia, and more. Specific labels cannot be guaranteed and depend on stock at the time of packing.

- Mixed grades between A and C, all selected as perfectly saleable. Items may show minor signs of wear such as small marks, light bobbling, or other imperfections.

Quality and Care

- Every item is inspected before packing. We’re a small, busy team, and on rare occasions something may be missed. If you spot an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

- We recommend washing all garments before wearing or reselling.

Important Notes

- Boxes are filled by weight: exactly 2 kg per mystery box. Item count will vary.

Dispatch and Delivery

- Dispatch within 2 working days (we’ll always try to ship sooner where possible). Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

- For example, orders placed on Friday will typically be dispatched on Monday.

- We use InPost for both deliveries and returns as it’s the most convenient and cost-effective option for our parcel sizes.

- We’re unable to accommodate alternative couriers unless InPost does not serve your area (e.g., parts of Northern Ireland).

- Once dispatched, couriers typically aim to deliver within 3–5 working days.

Sizing

- Boxes cannot be tailored by size.

- Sizes are completely random and depend on available stock at the time. You may receive anything from a women’s size 4 to a men’s 3XL.

Condition Expectations

- We aim to provide great-value, branded second-hand clothing that’s far too good to recycle.

- As with all preloved items, some pieces may show minor imperfections or simply need a fresh wash (recommended for all second-hand items before wearing or reselling).

- If you require only pristine, Grade A condition throughout at this price point, this bundle may not be the right fit.
