• Customise Your Mix: You can tailor your order to suit your market by selecting your preferred mix:

• Random Sizing: A diverse range of sizes is included, from women's size 4 up to men's 5XL. Please note: Due to our small team, we are unable to sort bales by specific size, as stock availability is constantly changing.

Condition & Brands

We carefully select all items to ensure you receive a highly resalable product:

• Condition: All clothing is pre-owned and quality-checked to be in resalable condition. We save items that are too good for recycling! As with all pre-owned apparel, some minor imperfections like light bobbling, small marks, or minor signs of wear may be present.

• The Best Value: This bale is priced to give you excellent profit potential. If you're expecting 5kg of perfect, Grade A stock for a low price, we kindly ask that you do not order.

• Brands: The clothing in this bale is primarily what we classify as high-street and unbranded apparel, providing you with great volume for resale. Expect popular high-street names such as Next, H&M, River Island, Papaya, and similar brands. While the focus is on these unbranded and high-street items, your bale may also contain a small percentage of well-known sports brands like Nike, Adidas, and others, depending on our current stock. We cannot guarantee the inclusion of specific high-end brands.

• New Items: Occasionally, your bale may even include new items with tags (NWT)!

We strongly recommend that all clothing is washed prior to wearing or resale.

Our Commitment to Quality & Service

Inspection Process

Every item is inspected before it’s packed. We are a small, busy team, and while we strive for perfection, we are human. If you find an issue with an item, please contact us immediately. We are always happy to help and will do our best to resolve it for you quickly and fairly.

Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Time: Our standard dispatch time is 2 working days. We always aim to get orders out faster, but as a small team, this isn't always possible. (Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.)

• Courier: We primarily use In-Post for all deliveries and returns. This is the most efficient and cost-effective method for the size and weight of our parcels. We are unable to use alternative couriers unless In-Post does not deliver to your area (e.g., Northern Ireland).

• Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, In-Post typically aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Returns

We comply with all business return policies and are happy to accept returns. We simply ask that the reason for the return is truthful and accurate.
