3. Bale & Bulk Delivery (InPost & Yodel)
For all bulk bale orders (10kg+), we exclusively partner with InPost and Yodel. These couriers are specialists in handling large-volume, heavy-weight shipments, ensuring your stock arrives intact and on time to your business premises or storage unit.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Dispatch Timeline: We aim to process all wholesale orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Tracking: Once your inventory is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Same Day Local Delivery: Available within a 10km radius of our Doncaster warehouse (DN12) for a flat rate of £10.00. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day service.
5. Delivery Issues & Claims
As a wholesale provider, the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist with any claims for items damaged in transit. Please inspect your bales upon arrival and notify us of any external damage within 24 hours so we can contact the courier.
