1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods by Visionary Imaging Ltd (trading as WEAR IT AGAIN) via wearitagain.co.uk.

IMPORTANT: WHOLESALE ONLY. This website is a B2B platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for the purposes of a business, trade, or profession. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to these transactions.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Professional Status: You must be a registered business, sole trader, or authorized reseller to purchase from this site. 2.2 Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of business (e.g., VAT registration, company number, or shop presence) and may cancel accounts that appear to be personal consumers. 2.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your wholesale account.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Nature of Goods: Our products are pre-owned/vintage. Grade definitions (e.g., Grade A, Grade B) are provided as a guide. Expect minor signs of wear consistent with age. 3.2 Wholesale Quantities: We sell in bulk lots, bales, or "handpick" minimums. Weights and piece counts are estimates (approximate within a +/- 10% margin). 3.3 Pricing: All prices are in GBP. As a B2B platform, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT (which will be added at checkout) unless otherwise stated. 3.4 No Retail Warranty: Goods are sold "as is." We do not offer any warranties regarding the resale value or speed of sale for your business.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Contract Formation: A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or failed business verification. 4.2 Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full via our secure checkout before dispatch. We do not currently offer credit terms. 4.3 No Set-off: You may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to us because of any right of set-off or counterclaim.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Logistics: Due to the weight of wholesale orders, we use specialized couriers (InPost for smaller bales, pallet networks for larger orders). 5.2 Delivery Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer the moment the goods leave our premises (Ex-Works/FCA terms). 5.3 Delivery Timeframes: These are estimates. We are not liable for any business losses (lost profit, etc.) caused by delivery delays.

6. Returns and Refund Policy (B2B)

6.1 No "Change of Mind": Unlike retail sales, we do not accept returns for "change of mind," style preference, or sizing issues. 6.2 Faulty Goods: We only accept returns if the goods are significantly different from the description (e.g., you ordered Grade A and received Grade C).

Notification: You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of any discrepancies.
Evidence: Photos of the bale/lot and its original packaging must be provided. 6.3 Restocking Fee: Any authorized returns (at our discretion) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Business Loss: We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill. 7.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific goods that gave rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Photography: You may not use the professional photography from wearitagain.co.uk to resell the items on your own platforms (Vinted, Shopify, etc.) unless written permission is granted. You must take your own "reseller" photos.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
